This invention relates to the technology for producing superconducting thin SL-1.1B.
The aim of the invention is to increase the critical temperature and improve the superconducting properties of the layer by eliminating the reaction between the substrate material and the superconducting thin layer.
Elimination of the interaction of the superconducting thin layer YBa.Cu. with a substrate is achieved due to the fact that a superconducting thin layer is provided on a substrate whose surface consists of a compound having a composition lying on the phase line with f of the YtO phase diagram, - BaO - CuO.
